dandelion KIDS uses PayPal as its payment method on its website. This technology encrypts your personal and order information and offers you a secure online experience. For more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com and click on User Agreement.
It is not necessary to create an account with dandelion KIDS to place an order. However, in doing so your shopping experience will be much faster the next time. When on the dandelion KIDS website, you will be asked to create an account using your name, street address, telephone number and email address. You will need to choose a Username and Password to shop online with dandelion KIDS. This will enable you to access your account easily and securely.
Please note, we have updated our website as of July 2009. User accounts created prior to this time will no longer be available and a new account will need to be created. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
The information you provide us with when placing on order online is used to process and complete your order. We will not share this information with any outside parties excepting Canada Post (or delivery service of your choice) in order to complete the shipping of your order. We may contact you if there is a question regarding your order. If that is the case, we will use the email address and/or telephone number you provide us with when placing your order.

SHIPPING
We use Canada post as our primary method of shipping. All shipments are insured and trackable. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email (newsletter@dandelionkids.ca) and we’ll do our best to assist you. We will provide a shipping quote for you as our shipping rate is only for shipments sent via Canada Post.
In-stock items will ship within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
You will be notified of any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can chose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order.
RATES FOR CANADIAN ORDERS
Flat rate of $10.00 *
RATES FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For USA orders: Flat rate of $20.00 *
For international orders (other than USA), the shipping rates are calculated on an individual basis. As we are not privy to your credit card information, we will contact you with a shipping quote and to arrange payment for any additional shipping charges.
* Please note that there are some exceptions for shipments within Canada and the USA. For larger-sized items (for example, the wooden kitchen set), there may be an additional shipping charge based on the shipping destination. RETURNS + EXCHANGES
dandelion KIDS wants you to be delighted with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@dandelionkids.ca or call 604.676.1862 for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) upon receipt of your shipment. Items for return must be received by dandelion KIDS within 10 days of receiving an RA# for a full refund minus original shipping charge. The refund will be posted onto the same credit card used at time of purchase via PayPal. Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund and a copy of the original receipt must also be included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Please ask us and we will be glad to help with tips and suggestions of how to do this most cost effectively.

Should the item have a manufacturing defect, dandelion KIDS will be glad to exchange it for you. The shipping charge will be waived on replacements.
TAXES
British Columbia residents are subject to the same taxes they would be charged at a bricks-and-mortar shop. These are 7% PST on non-clothing items for children and 5% GST. All Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes.
CUSTOMS + DUTIES
For international deliveries, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country. dandelion KIDS is not responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you require a Special Order from a brand that dandelion KIDS represents, we will do our best to assist you. Please email your request to info@dandelionkids.ca or call 604.676.8162. Special Orders as well as SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
PRODUCT CATALOGUE
dandelion KIDS aims to ensure that the products shown on its website are in stock, ready to ship and accurately represented. There may however be errors in the dimensions, colours, prices or availability. We reserve the right to change the product information including prices without any prior notice.
dandelion KIDS believes in the quality of its products and strives to have its pricing be a fair reflection of this. Should you find the same item on another Canadian online retailers' site at a lesser full retail price (not on sale), please contact us at info@dandelionkids.ca or 604.676.1862. We are open to matching prices within reason.
